Publication Manager

Job description –

The publication manager manages and organizes content for the magazine and the blog.

Oversees and ensures that expert content are collected and arranged for every issue of the magazine.

Follow up with content contributors, sending reminders and deadlines.

Qualifications-

  • Basic knowledge of magazine production, procedures and techniques. 
  • Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles. 
  • Knowledge of digital tools . 
  • Skill in coordinating and scheduling projects. 
  • Skill in both verbal and written communication.
Social Media Manager
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast).
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Oversee design (ie: Social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
  • Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care.
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective.

Graphics Designer
  • Plans concept by studying information and materials.
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
